Cold machine wash (under 86 degrees). After the first few washes it's ok to turn up the heat. The pouches are hand wash only and should not go in the washing machine. Try not to use fabric softener, as over time it can reduce the absorbency of the towel. Do not bleach, or put near fire or hot implements. Tumble drying is ok if you need to, but air-drying is kinder to our products.

If your product is less than perfect within the first 6 months of use (including rips, tears, discolouration, colour runs) then we’ll get it replaced, free of charge. This does not cover issues caused by general wear-and-tear, such as staining.
