If you’re not happy with your product, we understand…We like to treat our customers how we like to be treated. If you’re not happy with your product or would like to exchange it within 30 days of purchasing, we're here to help.
To request a return, please get in touch via help@dockandbay.com to let us know why and we’ll get back to you with all the information you need. You will be refunded as soon as your return is received by our warehouse and you'll receive an email confirming your refund.
You will be refunded for the purchase price of the products, not shipping costs.
We are unable to provide free returns for unwanted items and incorrect selections so please choose carefully when shopping.
I’d like to exchange an item, how can I do this?
For this time limited sale, and exchange is not possible. You can return your unwanted items to us for a full refund. Please make sure that you’re happy with your choices before submitting your order, returns postage is at the cost of the customer.
What do I do if my product is faulty?
We have a 6 month product guarantee! Please get in touch via the help@dockandbay.com if you have received a faulty item.
How long do I have to return an item?
We have a no quibbles 30 day return policy, so please get in touch if you'd like to send back an unwanted item for a refund.We hold our products to the highest quality standards, because you deserve the very best. If your product is less than perfect within the first 6 months of use (including rips, tears, discolouration, colour runs) then we’ll get it replaced, free of charge. This does not cover issues caused by general wear-and-tear, such as staining.
